1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 5-7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Orders are typically processed and shipped from our warehouse as soon as the payment is confirmed.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details.

2. Shipping Methods and Charges

  • Standard Shipping: Our standard shipping method is ground delivery, and charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the furniture item.
  • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address.
  • For orders over ₹15,000, free shipping is available within India.
  • Additional charges may apply for remote locations and heavy or oversized items. You will be notified if such charges apply during checkout.

3. Delivery Time

  • Within Major Cities: Deliveries to metro cities and larger towns typically take between 7-15 business days.
  • Remote Locations: Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 20-30 business days depending on the location and availability.
  • Exact delivery timelines will be provided during checkout after you input your shipping address.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.
  • You can track the status of your delivery on the respective courier’s website or by logging into your Durafur account.

5. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure the delivery address is correct and complete. Durafur is not responsible for delivery delays or non-delivery if the address provided is incorrect or incomplete.
  • If there is any change to your delivery address after the order is placed, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will try our best to accommodate the change, but it may not always be possible once the order is processed.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • We take utmost care in packaging our furniture to ensure it reaches you safely. However, in the rare case of receiving damaged or defective items, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on the issue, and any damages must be reported with photographic evidence of the damage.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • At present, Durafur ships to all cities and towns within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
  • Some remote or inaccessible locations may experience delays or incur additional charges.

8. Cancellations and Modifications

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. After 24 hours, we may not be able to modify or cancel the order if it has already been processed for shipment.

9. Returns and Exchanges

  • If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, Durafur offers a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened furniture products.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team to arrange for the return shipment.
